How do I sync healow appointments to the calendar on my device?

Tap the Appointments icon. Then select the appointment for which you would like to create a reminder and see the Appointment Details. Tap Reminder, select the time and tap Done. You will receive a pop-up notification of the reminder on your phone.

What should I do if I can't find my lab results?

Please check your Patient Portal account first. If they are not available under your Patient Portal, please contact your institution directly and request them to send your lab results. If available, please contact our technical support team.
