FOX Weather is a high-tech weather app for iPhones and Android, combining weather forecasts with a 24-hour streaming service. The app wants to create a more personalized and detailed approach to weather coverage, providing users with short and long-range forecasts, weather news, live streaming video and more.

FOX Weather features a first-of-its-kind immersive live 3D radar that’s exclusive to Fox. Users can get access to an immersive mobile 3D map for a detailed view of the weather where they live.

How to customize the FOX Weather app

• Consider allowing both push notifications and location permissions.
• Set up locations that matter to you, like family members’ homes, favorite vacation spots, etc.
• Give the locations custom names (“Mom’s House”) inside the settings menu.
• Use FOX FutureView in the “Plan” tab to set up long-range forecasts for important upcoming events such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, big vacations - really, anything where you need to keep an eye on the weather.
• Watch out for reminders from the FOX Weather app as your event approaches!
